Do you offer Trade Accounts?
Yes! We are pleased to offer Trade Account partnerships for Trade Industry Professionals within Architecture and Interior Architecture Industries.
I live in Australia, but I don't see a shipping rate for my area.
Some of our pieces can be fragile and quite heavy – so they may require a personalised freight quote, particularly if you are in a regional area.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us via email at sales@cocounika.com.au to discuss shipping options and availability.

Yes, Coco Unika is always happy to offer styling advice. You can check out our blog, view our curated collections or reach out to the team for any specific advice that you are after via email or chat
What is your return policy?
Coco Unika are happy to offer an exchange, store credit or refund for a change of mind or if the items are not as you expected. However, the receiver must notify Coco Unika by email within 24 hours of their intent to return and all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery. All costs to return the item must be paid for in full by the recipient of the goods. Coco Unika will not cover any costs to return the goods to us. Where a product is within the returnable period and Coco Unika has been notified, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price of the product/s less a 5% restocking fee. Freight costs will be deducted from the refund amount for any postage or freight charges to originally deliver the goods to you and/or to return to Coco Unika. Returned goods must be in their original packaging including any accessories and documentation and be in new condition – there must not be any scratches or marks or signs of wear. Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes.

Shipping within Australia is calculated based on the size, weight, and fragility of the items. This ensures that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. Shipping times can vary up to 14 days depending on the size of the goods and stock availability.
