We would like to help you make the right choices when choosing pieces for your home with our In-Home Shopping Service. Our service gives you the opportunity to see our products in your home to create the look you love before making the decision to buy, by following these three easy steps:
- Browse online to make your selections: we can bring up to three pieces of furniture and up to four home accessories with us for you to see in your home.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the pieces you would like to consider along with your home address and best contact phone number.
- We will call you to discuss your selection and confirm a convenient date and time for the items to be brought to you.
Please note that our In-Home Shopping Service is available only for those based in the Greater Sydney region. (See locations covered on the map below)
The fee is $90 and is payable before delivery, however the service price is redeemable against any purchase over $500 and will be credited against your purchases. Should you choose not to purchase any item, or your purchase is below $500 the service fee of $90 will not be redeemable.
As this service requires preparation time to organise your In-Home Shopping Service appointment, we would like to ask you to provide us with at least 24-hour’s notice for any appointment cancellations or changes to appointment time.
